At the foot of the Sem­mer­ing, sur­round­ed by a park, lies Schloss Stup­pach — now known as ‘Mozart’s last cas­tle’ known — in one of the most his­toric regions of Aus­tria. The old­est part of the cas­tle dates back to the Mid­dle Ages. In the 17th Cen­tu­ry made ​​the lat­est enhance­ments and con­vert­ed the cas­tle into a mag­nif­i­cent palace. Stup­pach cas­tle is now for the first time by the own­er as a spe­cial venue for pri­vate events. Besides galas, recep­tions and pri­vate cel­e­bra­tions can also sem­i­nars, work­shops and pre­sen­ta­tions. Direc­tions: Com­ing from Vien­na: trav­el time approx­i­mate­ly 50 min­utes (70 km) along the A2 towards Graz, exit Sem­mer­ing Bruck / Mur, S6 to Glog­gnitz exit, then take the B17 direc­tion Wim­pass­ing Stup­pach or indus­tri­al area. From here fol­low the signs.
