Winter blues got you down? Mosaїque has the answer!

Join us on Tuesday, February 2nd for “A Day at the Zoo”, a charmingly lighthearted jaunt through a musical menagerie featuring storytelling, dance, music, poetry, visuals and song. Zookeeper Bryan Benner will lead us on a colorful tour through variety of animal-inspired exhibitions featuring soprano Melanie Henley-Heyn, mezzo-soprano Natalia Kawalek, violinist Eszter Augusztinovicz, violist Raphael Handschuh, pianist Chanda VanderHart and even a bit of fan dancing by young burlesque artist Desiré De Ville. Music by Schumann, Ravel, Bolcolm, Saint Saëns, Tom Cipullo, Erika Chun and Ruei-Ran Wu as well as visuals by Kyle Alkema and Natalie Dieterle are guaranteed to bring out the inner child in each of us. Snacks provided, juice boxes and stronger stuff available at the bar 🙂

Chanda VanderHart – pianist, chamber musician, art song accompanist, vocal coach.

In 2015, Chanda celebrates 15 years living in Vienna, Austria, the music capital of Europe where she has been acquiring a solid musical education, worked with world-class musicians and singers and developed exciting music related projects.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself.
